I carry 4 knitted friends with me- mad, sad, happy and scared, to be able to help you express how you feel when you are unable to find the words to say. I am here to share the weight of you worries that are in your heart and mind, when you're on adventures or whenever you need a hand. I'll keep them safe for when your ready to share. Your feelings matter no matter how big or how small. Give me a big hug, put your notes or drawings in my back pocket and count on me to help you carry the weight of your worries.
About Me
My name is Bianca. I am a Hispanic Women who believes in advocating for Mental Health Awareness. Every voice and emotion is important and strive to create a space to come together and share our voices. This was made initially for my daughter and have then started spreading Worries alongside my daughter's and family.
